At EnviroLux, all our products are proudly made in the USA. Follow along as we walk you through the process of how we make our outdoor LED fixtures.
It all starts with our housing options. We have 100% aluminum die-cast housing and slimline housing that serve as the LED heat sink. This creates a sealed environment.
Next, the LED array circuit design optimizes LED output with parallel circuits and 525 million amp drive current.
We robotically apply and sonically weld our LED optics for precise light output. For this process, we use a high-quality aluminum board that is uniquely designed to provide optimal heat dissipation. We then apply conformal coating for moisture protection.
The drivers are IP67 rated variable voltage 120-277 input and are 10% THD with 1-10V dimming standard.
Gaskets are then robotically applied to the housing to create a consistent seal. We then apply a high-quality tempered glass lens to provide sealing with maximum light output.
The finish is made with a die-cast door frame that has an accurate fit with screws mounting from the top. The fixtures are then wired per ANSI UL Standards.
The arm has an access door for easy mounting and wiring. This is also made with die-cast aluminum.
Each component in our light fixtures is USA-made from top to bottom, so you can enjoy a high-quality, locally made product.
